Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase is completed and the files are downloaded. Please review your order carefully before completing the transaction.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging (where required)

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@balingapatternshop.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
