You will need fabric 145cm (57in) wide:

230cm (90 5/9in) -240cm (94 1/2in) or 2.52 -2.63yards length. Select the required length according to your fabric type and garment size in the table.

Additional materials needed:

Fusible interlining 90cm( 35 3/7in) wide and 30cm (11 4/5in) length.

Without seams, I recommend choosing if you are going to model a new model or sew with different
seams than those provided for in the model.
If you are not going to change anything, then use the patterns with seam allowances.
